You may use this site if you can form a binding contract where you live. Parts of the site concern alcohol and are intended for people of legal drinking age in Minnesota, which is 21.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break it, no scraping it at scale, no using it to break the law, and no impersonating anyone.
Section 03The information on this site
We try to keep the site accurate, but menus, prices, hours, events, and entertainment change. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a particular item, price, performer, or event will be available.

We do not take reservations or bookings through this website.
Section 04Promotions, giveaways, and drawings
We run promotions from time to time, including drawings during games and in-restaurant offers such as reduced drink prices when the siren sounds.
- Every giveaway or drawing is governed by its own official rules, which we publish. Where those rules and these terms conflict, the rules win.
- No purchase is necessary to enter a giveaway we run through this website.
- Promotions are void where prohibited, and are subject to change or cancellation at any time.
- In-restaurant offers are subject to availability, our staff’s discretion, and all applicable alcohol service laws. We will refuse service where the law requires it.
Section 05Text message terms
When you check the text-message box on a form at tornadoroomstillwater.com, you are telling us: “Text me too. I agree to receive occasional text messages from Dave Dahl's Tornado Room at the number above. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share your number with third parties.”
In plain terms, here is what that means.
- Consent is optional. You never have to agree to texts to join our list, enter a giveaway, or contact us. The box is never pre-checked.

Section 09Food, drink, and allergens
Menu descriptions on this site are general. Ingredients and preparation change, and our kitchen handles common allergens including milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame. We cannot guarantee that any item is free of a given allergen.
If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, tell your server before you order. Do not rely on this website.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.
