The Tornado Room Bar & Grill operates the restaurant at 324 S Main St, Stillwater, MN 55082 and the website at tornadoroomstillwater.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the Tornado Room.
This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or give us your contact details, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

We do not collect payment card details through this website. If you pay us in the restaurant, that is handled by our card processor, not by this site.

- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

When you check the text-message box on a form at tornadoroomstillwater.com, you are telling us: “Text me too. I agree to receive occasional text messages from Dave Dahl's Tornado Room at the number above. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We never share your number with third parties.”
In plain terms, here is what that means.
- Consent is optional. You never have to agree to texts to join our list, enter a giveaway, or contact us. The box is never pre-checked.
- What we send. Occasional messages about opening news, events, live music, and offers. We do not send recurring automated marketing campaigns unless you have separately agreed to them.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Section 05Email
If you join our list, we will email you about our opening, events, and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.
We may still email you for non-marketing reasons, such as replying to a question you sent us or telling you that you won a giveaway.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, including the right to request a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or object to certain uses. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. Contact us and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Section 10Children and age
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Content and promotions involving alcohol are intended for people of legal drinking age in Minnesota, which is 21.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold, and we work with established providers who do the same. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
